We scan the site, create digital ground truth, and reduce risk.

3D Laser Scanning Services, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twin, AR/VR and Survey

SCANPRO delivers end-to-end 3D capture for real-world projects. Our 3D laser scanning services cover buildings, industrial facilities, ships and infrastructure, supported by Scan-to-BIM and BIM models, Digital Twin workflows for operations and maintenance, AR/VR walkthroughs, and drone mapping and survey services for projects across infrastructure, logistics, energy, warehousing, heritage and smart cities.

Survey Services & Drone Mapping

Measured data from day one, fewer surprises on site.

SCANPRO delivers survey services and drone mapping that give project teams a clear, engineering-grade view of existing conditions. We combine UAV drone mapping, field surveys and utility surveys for underground networks, so design, permitting and construction planning start with documented data, not assumptions.

Survey and drone mapping services

We capture sites as they are today, using drone mapping and field measurements to produce plans, maps and digital models for construction sites, infrastructure and networks. Outputs are structured for design work, permitting and project planning, and can also feed BIM and Digital Twin workflows when required.

Before excavation, we carry out utility surveys to locate and map underground services. This helps prevent strikes, delays and avoidable safety incidents, and supports safer excavation and construction planning. We also support earthworks and stockpile monitoring, including volume calculations and change tracking over time.

All deliverables are provided as a single, up-to-date baseline your teams can work from, share and revisit as the project evolves.

Terrain, levels, boundaries and existing features captured for buildings, infrastructure and civil works.

UAV capture for orthophotos, orthomosaics, Digital Terrain Models (DTM) and Digital Surface Models (DSM), plus progress documentation across large or hard-to-access areas.

A clear record of surface works, installations and surrounding areas before design, construction or modification.

Location and mapping of underground utilities and critical services to reduce risk, prevent strikes and support safe excavation.
