We scan the site, create digital ground truth, and reduce risk.

3D Laser Scanning Services, Scan-to-BIM, Digital Twin, AR/VR and Survey

SCANPRO delivers end-to-end 3D capture for real-world projects. Our 3D laser scanning services cover buildings, industrial facilities, ships and infrastructure, supported by Scan-to-BIM and BIM models, Digital Twin workflows for operations and maintenance, AR/VR walkthroughs, and drone mapping and survey services for projects across infrastructure, logistics, energy, warehousing, heritage and smart cities.
BIM and Scan-to-BIM Services
We turn reality capture into reliable BIM for design, delivery and operations.

BIM and Scan-to-BIM Services

SCANPRO delivers BIM and Scan-to-BIM services across the full lifecycle, from converting reality-capture data into structured BIM models to supporting design work, construction delivery and facility operations. We produce as-built BIM models from verified capture datasets, with clearly defined LOD and technical specifications, so everyone works from the same dependable baseline.

Building Information Modelling (BIM) brings space, geometry, equipment and technical information into one coordinated digital model. At SCANPRO, BIM development starts on site. Through Scan-to-BIM workflows, we build as-built models that reflect existing conditions with documented accuracy, so they can be used with confidence for design coordination, construction planning and long-term asset use.

BIM services

Building Information Modelling brings geometry, systems and asset information into one structured environment. At SCANPRO, BIM development starts with measured site data through Scan-to-BIM, so as-built models reflect existing conditions and can be used with confidence.

For existing buildings and facilities, the workflow begins with existing-conditions capture. Using 3D scanning and Scan-to-BIM, we develop as-built BIM models that can include the envelope, structure and MEP systems, plus any project-critical assets needed for the scope. These models support renovations, extensions and retrofit work, and can also serve as formal technical documentation for the asset.

We also provide BIM coordination, including model federation and structured clash detection, so disciplines resolve conflicts before work reaches site. Where required, we run interim as-built checks during delivery to keep the model aligned with real progress.
Depending on project needs, BIM can extend to:

  • Design BIM for architecture, structure and MEP
  • 4D BIM for sequencing and construction phases
  • 5D BIM for quantities and cost support
  • BIM Execution Planning (BEP) and specification definition
  • BIM handover packages for owners and operators

At handover, BIM data can become the foundation for Digital Twin workflows and structured asset management, supporting operations, maintenance and future interventions with one consistent source of truth.
